The BioMedSA Board of Directors has approved the membership of JustAir in June 2021. JustAir has designed a HEPA filtered face mask to help protect people from contracting COVID-19 and other pathogens. The mask contains a two-stage charcoal filtering system that blocks 99.97% of microscopic pathogens. It includes a small rechargeable battery to push air in and out of the mask to filter the air entering and leaving the mask, thus protecting the wearer and people nearby. The product is currently for sale.
