BioMedSA New Members: June 2025

BioMedSA’s Board of Directors approved 6 new memberships in June 2025: ComeBack Mobility, GermFree, Imagine Devices, Myers Immigraion, PTP, and Space Alliance Technology Program (SATOP).

 

ComeBack Mobility develops smart biofeedback devices designed to assist patients recovering from lower limb injuries. Their flagship product is a sensor-equipped crutch tip that monitors weight-bearing activity and transmits real-time data to healthcare providers. This technology is intended to help doctors track patient compliance with rehabilitation protocols and adjust treatment plans accordingly. The system aims to improve recovery outcomes by enabling early and partial weight-bearing strategies.

 

GermFree is a U.S.-based manufacturer specializing in cleanroom and containment solutions for the pharmaceutical, biocontainment, and healthcare industries. With over 60 years of experience, the company designs and builds modular and mobile laboratories, compounding pharmacies, and biosafety cabinets. Their services include engineering, commissioning, validation, and ongoing technical support. GermFree operates a 173,000-square-foot facility in Florida and provides turnkey, compliant environments for aseptic processing and research.

 

Imagine Devices is a medical technology company focused on neonatal care innovations. Their primary product, the Trinity Tube, is a multifunctional feeding catheter that integrates vital sign monitoring, gas venting, and feeding into a single device. Designed for use in neonatal intensive care units (NICUs), it seeks to reduce the need for skin-mounted sensors and improve patient safety and comfort. The device was developed through collaboration between engineers and clinicians in Austin, Texas, to address challenges in premature infant care.

 

Myers Immigration is a San Antonio-based law firm specializing in U.S. and global immigration law. The firm provides legal services for employment-based, investor, and family immigration, as well as naturalization and citizenship matters. They also assist with employer compliance, audits, and federal litigation related to immigration delays or denials. Led by board-certified attorney Matthew Myers, the firm partners with local counsel worldwide to support clients with cross-border immigration needs

 

Pinnacle Technology Partners (PTP) is a cloud consultancy and managed services provider focused on the life sciences industry. Founded in 2017 and based in Massachusetts, the company helps organizations transition from legacy systems to cloud-native environments, particularly leveraging AWS technologies. Their services include cloud infrastructure optimization, cost management, security, migration, and network management. PTP’s solutions are designed to accelerate the development and delivery of medical treatments and therapies.

 

Space Alliance Technology Outreach Program (SATOP) is a Texas-funded initiative that provides free engineering assistance to small businesses and entrepreneurs. The program connects companies with volunteer engineers from NASA, aerospace firms, and universities to solve technical challenges. SATOP offers up to 40 hours of support per project, helping businesses with product development, prototyping, and design validation. It also includes a university capstone program where students contribute to real-world engineering problems.
