Current Priorities

Integrated Clinical Trial Hub
Increase non-stop flights to SAT.
Improvements to Reimbursement Code process.
Increase mental health options for those in need, including providers and beds dedicated to mental health patients.
Increase the availability of telehealth and the inclusion of telehealth in care programs.
Increase in resources for growing graduate medical education (GME) slots, modernizing programs, and improving facilities.
Establishment of a Brain Health research and funding program in Texas
SBIR/STTR grant matching fund program in Texas
Increase quantity and types of wet lab space
