Michael Moon, PhD, MSN, RN, CNS-CC, CEN, FAEN, is receiving the Emergency Nurses Association (ENA) Lifetime Achievement Award. A professor at the University of the Incarnate Word, Moon is a thought leader and speaker for emergency nursing topics nationally and internationally. His research is focused on critical care nursing, education of clinical care providers, emergency nursing and vulnerable populations.
Dr. Moon holds a Ph.D. from Texas State University, a MSN from UT Health San Antonio, adn a BSN from Texas Tech University Health Science Center.
