Since its founding in 2005, BioMedSA has sought key organizations to support its mission through membership. With a mission to accelerate the growth of the life science industry in the San Antonio region, and thus improve health and the economy, members know that they are supporting a movement that turns ideas into actions. Initially focused on facilitating collaborations, industry awareness, and corporate recruitment, BioMedSA has expanded to bring together members to tackle big initiatives, such as Entrepreneurial Funding and Support, Clinical Trial Ecosystem Optimization and a Strong Life Science Workforce, to improve health equity and income disparity. Some members join to support positive change for the community, while others also recognize the direct value to their organizations. Members have access to market exposure, significant costs savings from national vendors, educational programming, job postings, press releases, and targeted networking. BioMedSA members include individuals, start-ups, research organizations, educators, community associations, support providers, clinical care facilities, manufacturers, foundations, military medicine, investors, governments, and economic developers. Consistent with San Antonio’s collaborative culture, they know that we can all rise together. We are proud to welcome our 100th member, CSI Health, a company dedicated to diagnostic telemedicine solutions. They are now part of a distinguished group of individuals and organizations working toward health and prosperity for the San Antonio region and beyond.
