The Ambassador Program recruits talented college students from across the country who will be home in San Antonio for the summer. We strategically connect these students with internship opportunities that align with their interests and areas of expertise, fostering mutually beneficial experiences. This program not only provides valuable work experience for students but also encourages them to consider San Antonio as a place to live and work after graduation.
By paying the interns directly and handling the preliminary work, including recruiting and screening, the Ambassador Program makes hiring and hosting summer talent as easy as possible. Employers can choose from fully in-person internships, fully virtual internships, or a hybrid experience where interns work both in the office and remotely in San Antonio.
