The event will also feature a “Fireside Chat on Population Growth Trends in San Antonio”. Henry Cisneros, Ph.D., former Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, San Antonio Mayor, and BioMedSA Founder will be speaking with Lloyd Potter, Ph.D., a State Demographer, UTSA professor, and director of the Institute for Demographic and Socioeconomic Research (IDSER). Attendees will learn about the contributors to the population growth in San Antonio and its surrounding counties, where people are moving from, and updated demographics of the region, in a lively interactive format.
