With 34,742 students, 51% of UTSA First Generation. The University of Texas at San Antonio is one of Texas’s largest Hispanic Serving Institutions with a 58% Hispanic/Latino population. Additionally, UTSA has a thriving military community. 16.1% of UTSA students are militarily affiliated, and the University was listed as one of 2020’s Best for Vets University.
